Description

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms for enterprise AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic applications.
  • Create reusable reference architectures, infrastructure patterns, deployment templates, integrations, and engineering standards.
  • Build secure integrations with Anthropic APIs, Claude models, enterprise data, APIs, ServiceNow, and authorized tools.
  • Establish CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, LLMOps/MLOps, versioning, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and release-management practices.
  • Operate production AI services through incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and service-level monitoring.
  • Design cloud infrastructure, containerized deployments, identity controls, secrets management, logging, auditing, disaster recovery, and security practices.
  • Build data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, vector-search, and RAG pipelines across structured and unstructured enterprise sources.
  • Implement responsible AI safeguards, observability, tracing, access controls, validation, human approvals, and governance documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, ServiceNow teams, security stakeholders, and clients to convert delivery needs into reusable platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, software engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and production releases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, or comparable cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, authorization, observability, and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, generative AI services, RAG, AI workflow automation, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with prompt and context engineering, embeddings, vector search, structured outputs, tool use, evaluations, and model monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, network security, and secure software development.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data warehouses, object storage, search platforms, or vector databases.
  • Preferred: Claude, Anthropic API, MCP, LLM frameworks, LLM evaluation, AI observability, MLOps, Kubernetes, ServiceNow, or enterprise consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
