Description

  • Develop, target, and execute a business strategy for national and global Fortune 2000 multi-site accounts within a defined territory.
  • Proactively engage prospects to understand their needs and align New Era Technology offerings with their business requirements.
  • Prepare, present, negotiate, and secure quotes, proposals, statements of work, Master Service Agreements, and Time and Material documents.
  • Build credibility and maintain communication with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams, Practice Leaders, subject matter experts, and Operations to support customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships within the territory to create awareness and identify greenfield opportunities for growth.
  • Manage sales opportunities and information in HubSpot.
  • Develop and manage the overall sales cycle and strategy with the sales partner.
  • Travel nationally and globally to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
  • Track record of developing profitable customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated consistent achievement of sales process and strategy.
  • Demonstrated consistent growth of pipeline toward sales quota attainment.
  • Ability to travel nationally and globally.
  • Knowledge of a CRM software platform, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and collaboratively with others.
  • Preferred experience selling modern workplace and infrastructure, digital transformation, end-to-end security, managed services, wireless networking devices, IPVS platforms and services, or IT infrastructure hardware and/or services.
  • Preferred experience developing recurring revenue models and services for Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or industry-related field, or equivalent preferred.

  • Expected first-year on-target earnings of $180,000–$200,000.
