Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on culture, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Oversee international recruitment and onboarding across the United States, Canada, Colombia, India, and other expansion markets.
  • Redefine hiring profiles and drive high-volume recruiting pipelines to attract and hire top talent.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention, engagement, career development, and succession planning.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize recruiting, reduce time-to-hire, and improve hiring quality.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture and lead employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee learning, upskilling, mentorship, and credentialing strategies, including AI, Salesforce, and AWS development.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards administration, including market benchmarking, variable pay, and pay equity reviews.
  • Develop HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international labor laws.
  • Lead organizational design, change management, and performance review processes across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of People leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success scaling People strategies in high-growth or transformative environments.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Experience scaling fast-growing technology consulting organizations.
  • Experience in global talent expansion.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience with people analytics and metrics.
  • Experience building trust and credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and AWS credential strategy is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $150,900 to $369,800 USD depending on location and experience.
