Description

  • Manage, train, and coach a team of People & Culture Coordinators in Canada and Manila.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, role and salary changes, profile updates, time off, leaves, and terminations.
  • Define and track service-level targets such as contract turnaround times and ticket response rates.
  • Act as the functional power user for Workday and audit HR data for accuracy.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a global P&C administrative playbook.
  • Provide insights on team volume, bottlenecks, and data trends to People & Culture leadership.
  • Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency and support scaling growth.
  • Coordinate employee programs such as training, recognition, DEI, volunteering, and wellness initiatives.
  • Review documentation for current and future-state people processes, workflows, systems, and technology.
  • Support global compliance efforts in partnership with the Legal team and assist with special People projects.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of HR Coordinators.
  • Strong project management skills and systems thinking to re-engineer workflows.
  • Experience with Workday and a strong understanding of its workflows.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to use and learn tools including Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets/Docs, Greenhouse (ATS), and ServiceNow.
  • Strong data literacy and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. compliance and employment laws.
  • Excellent urgency, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French are an asset.
  • Experience with HR systems, sensitive data, and sensitive documentation is preferred.
