Description

  • Use customer and employee feedback and operational data to improve the HR experience, quality, and outcomes.
  • Define and deliver multi-phase automation initiatives from planning and prototyping through launch and optimization as the DRI.
  • Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and design end-to-end automated workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines across HRIS, case management, payroll, and other systems using native connectors or APIs.
  • Prototype and deploy automations using low-code or no-code tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
  • Deploy and govern AI tools or agents for tasks such as document processing, query triage, policy guidance, and data auditing.
  • Design multi-agent patterns and governance controls, including retries, fallbacks, guardrails, human oversight, and auditability.
  • Develop operational data models and HR operations dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
  • Support change management, training, adoption, and continuous improvement for AI and automation solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as a technical lead for AI and automation within Operations.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration.
  • Experience translating operational pain points into automated and intelligent solutions with Product, Engineering, Design, or IT teams.
  • Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, preferably across a range of operational contexts.
  • Experience building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments such as hiring, employment, or payroll.
  • Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risk and data privacy obligations.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n, or similar.
  • Comfortable with light scripting in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for custom agents, API integrations, webhooks, or message queues.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Location in LATAM or Eastern Europe.
