Description

  • Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products and assets to customers.
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
  • Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects.
  • Create and deliver compelling demos that showcase platform value and consulting capabilities.
  • Create and modify proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses alongside the delivery team.
  • Maintain and update lead management, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and technical teams to improve customer responses and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams on project scope, estimates, and the pre-sales process.
  • Provide customer feedback and solution input to product management to advance the AppExchange portfolio.
  • Recommend ways to use Salesforce, Einstein, and AI products to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience selling CRM solutions/services, preferably within Amazon Connect.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with preference for pre-sales or solution engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role (preferred).
  • Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and architecture (preferred).
  • Strong customer-facing skills and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
  • Interest in learning quickly in the AI space.
  • Passion for succeeding and helping drive the company forward.
