Description

  • Own the QA lifecycle, including test planning, scenario design, test case development, execution, and defect management.
  • Design and build automation frameworks from scratch with reusable components and regression suite coverage.
  • Lead and coordinate testing activities across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC/STLC models.
  • Deliver Salesforce QA automation initiatives, including in-sprint automation and regression coverage.
  • Manage both manual and automation testing efforts and identify reusable test assets.
  • Validate Salesforce solution design, architecture fundamentals, and business requirements.
  • Write test cases, maintain requirement traceability, and log and manage defects in Jira.
  • Support and coordinate SIT and UAT, including defect triage and customer guidance during UAT.
  • Use generative and agentic AI tools to optimize QA activities such as test data generation, test case generation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business and internal teams to clarify user stories and communicate QA status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Consultant.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce web and API automation projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Provar, and/or Selenium.
  • Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (with AI SDK), REST Assured, JMeter/K6, and JUnit/TestNG preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Provar, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Python, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven, and CI/CD integrations.
  • Experience in Salesforce QA automation projects involving web, API, voice, and chat-based applications.
  • Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, MIAW, Live Agent, AWS Connect, AWS Voice and Chat Agents, and IVR telephony systems preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce Agents and testing of Agentic and Generative AI applications is a plus.
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification and Agentforce Legend rank are preferred, and Salesforce Administrator certification is a big plus.
