Description

Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems using APIs and middleware.
Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions.
Participate in Agile sprints and support QA/UAT testing.
Help drive technical best practices across the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions for Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or similar.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools such as Gearset or Copado.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or App Builder are required or preferred.
Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies.
Good written and spoken English at B2+ level or higher.
Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Canadian passport or valid U.S. visitor visa required to enter the U.S. and attend meetings.
