Description

  • Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Maintain clean, scalable code and participate in peer reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Take part in Agile sprints and support QA/UAT testing.
  • Help drive technical best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that support business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Familiarity with declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or similar.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools such as Gearset or Copado.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or App Builder are preferred.
  • Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies.
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
  • Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S., plus a Canadian passport or valid U.S. visitor visa to enter the U.S. for meetings.
