Description

  • Partner with leadership to develop the platform roadmap and translate business objectives into actionable workstreams and enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Data, Tech, and Growth Ops to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Architect a unified marketing and sales technology stack and help define shared infrastructure strategy across teams.
  • Design and enforce data integrity standards, including shared audience rules, naming conventions, and shared data models.
  • Ensure data synchronization and governance across Salesforce clouds and related systems.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, including Salesforce account teams and implementation partners.
  • Design and champion platform adoption and training programs so teams can use new features and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment across multiple clouds, especially Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • 4+ years of experience with cross-cloud integrations and shared infrastructure to support reliable data synchronization and governance.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect.
  • Data Cloud certification preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Final compensation is based on relevant skills, education, and experience.
