Description

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
Use Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and other declarative tools to build complex business processes when appropriate.
Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions.
Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input for Salesforce implementations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or AWS services when applicable.
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and development best practices.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Process Builder, and other declarative development tools.
Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
Proven experience balancing declarative and programmatic solution design.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data structure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with MuleSoft, AWS, or other integration/middleware platforms (preferred).
Knowledge of additional Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industries (preferred).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is a plus.

Benefits

Annual salary range of $146,000-$204,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
May be eligible for discretionary bonuses and restricted stock units.
