Description

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
  • Use Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and other declarative tools to build complex business processes when appropriate.
  • Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input for Salesforce implementations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or AWS services when applicable.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and development best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Process Builder, and other declarative development tools.
  • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Proven experience balancing declarative and programmatic solution design.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data structure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, AWS, or other integration/middleware platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of additional Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industries (preferred).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is a plus.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $146,000-$204,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
  • May be eligible for discretionary bonuses and restricted stock units.
