Description

  • Drive incremental sales and pipeline across regulated industries by leveraging the Salesforce network and building strategic relationships.
  • Identify opportunities in new and existing accounts and personally develop pipeline to support individual, team, and company quotas.
  • Grow brand awareness and strengthen business partnerships within Salesforce to position NeuraFlash as the go-to partner in regulated industries.
  • Manage existing account executives and recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team for regulated industries.
  • Own a player-coach sales model by personally driving strategic accounts while supporting and coaching direct reports.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings and support direct reports in executive-level selling.
  • Partner with delivery account leadership to expand enterprise customer accounts and drive continued growth.
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline, forecasting, KPIs, and CRM hygiene in Salesforce as the source of truth.
  • Develop competitive analysis and position Salesforce value and differentiation for regulated industries.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering, marketing, product, managed services, sales operations, and L&D to support go-to-market, content, recurring revenue, and enablement efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably at Salesforce or a Salesforce Partner.
  • 5+ years of experience in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software.
  • Deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically within regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to support high-performing sales teams and lead them to success.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Experience engaging at the executive level with enterprise customer organizations.
  • Preferred experience with Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) and Financial Services (FINS).
