Description

  • Lead sales deals with Workers' Compensation boards and provincial/federal health services in Canada to achieve bookings and quotas.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Help shape Sword Health’s sales playbook and sales processes.
  • Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for target partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through personal prospecting and collaboration with channel teams.
  • Collaborate internally to close deals and support long-term account success.
  • Represent Sword Health at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas for net-new revenue.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% depending on territory and sales cycle.
  • Strong independent accountability with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups.
  • Ability to clearly communicate value propositions and differentiators in competitive, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate pipeline independently and through broker/consultant relationships.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and relevant industry software.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $172,129 to $270,489 per year.
  • Variable compensation and equity included in the pay range.
