Description

  • Run end-to-end discovery through stakeholder interviews and technical deep dives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, testable, and prioritized requirements.
  • Map processes and systems using BPMN and UML to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Identify integration points across complex enterprise landscapes, including ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers and tech leads to shape scalable, future-proof architectures.
  • Validate technical feasibility, security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Decompose complex solutions into deliverable and trackable increments.
  • Lead requirements capture for presales and RFP processes.
  • Shape solution proposals together with Delivery and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure delivered outcomes align with intended business results and continuously improve solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or Technical Business Analyst roles across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-scale, multi-system integration projects.
  • Strong background in digital product delivery from discovery to launch.
  • Mastery of BPMN and UML, including process mapping.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to read and validate technical documentation such as API specifications and database schemas.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, including PostgreSQL or MySQL, and basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, GA4, or Looker.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog refinement.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at C1+ level.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or Lucidchart.
