Description

Run end-to-end discovery through stakeholder interviews and technical deep dives.
Translate business needs into clear, testable, and prioritized requirements.
Map processes and systems using BPMN and UML to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
Identify integration points across complex enterprise landscapes, including ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, and data platforms.
Collaborate with engineering managers and tech leads to shape scalable, future-proof architectures.
Validate technical feasibility, security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Decompose complex solutions into deliverable and trackable increments.
Lead requirements capture for presales and RFP processes.
Shape solution proposals together with Delivery and Engineering teams.
Ensure delivered outcomes align with intended business results and continuously improve solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT or Technical Business Analyst roles across multiple industries.
Proven track record in enterprise-scale, multi-system integration projects.
Strong background in digital product delivery from discovery to launch.
Mastery of BPMN and UML, including process mapping.
Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
Ability to read and validate technical documentation such as API specifications and database schemas.
Hands-on experience with SQL, including PostgreSQL or MySQL, and basic data analysis.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, GA4, or Looker.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog refinement.
Excellent written and spoken English at C1+ level.
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or Lucidchart.
