Description

  • Lead requirements sessions, map current- and future-state processes, and identify process gaps.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Configure Business Central and SAP B1 functionality and document design decisions.
  • Own test planning and UAT, including test scripts, defect triage, and business sign-off.
  • Analyze and map data with SQL for integrations, migrations, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain low-code workflows in Power Automate and SharePoint.
  • Triage production issues, resolve configuration and data problems, and escalate code-level issues with clear diagnoses.
  • Provide backup coverage for backlog management, stakeholder communications, and the Technical Product Owner.
  • Partner with BI and Analytics teams to support operational and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP functional consultant.
  • Hands-on ERP experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance processes.
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP B1 experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of production BOMs, inventory costing, procurement, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience writing Agile requirements using Jira or a similar tool.
  • Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, or other low-code platforms.
  • Ability to facilitate working sessions with operations or finance leaders and drive decisions.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • Manufacturing or packaging experience, Business Central AL code familiarity, or ITSM tool experience such as Freshservice preferred.
