Description

  • Manage and optimize marketing operations processes, including forms, lead flows, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Conduct audits of existing marketing technology setups and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, CRM platforms, Webflow, ETL tools, analytics, consent, and chat tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance and results.
  • Recommend, evaluate, and implement marketing technology tools that support B2B marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align operations with campaign goals.
  • Participate in client discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Communicate dependencies and how marketing operations connects with other business functions.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through marketing systems, reporting, and operational optimization.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B marketing operations experience.
  • SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Client-facing or agency experience, including participating in client calls.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with B2B marketing technology tools such as GA4, GTM, CRM platforms, Webflow, ETL tools, analytics, consent management, and chat tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to audit and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.
