Description

  • Oversee end-to-end U.S. immigration processes, including case initiation, document collection, petition preparation, filing, and approval tracking.
  • Stay current on changes in U.S. immigration law, policies, and procedures, and ensure external partners follow updated requirements.
  • Coordinate immigration processes across multiple global locations in line with local regulations and company standards.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for global immigration cases across internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Act as the primary contact for employees and internal teams, including HR and Legal, to provide guidance and resolve case issues.
  • Monitor immigration deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Maintain accurate immigration case records in Jira and HiBob.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external immigration providers worldwide.
  • Manage external vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee invoice processing from external immigration providers, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent field.
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating immigration processes to or in the USA.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating global immigration processes.
  • Experience maintaining and developing relationships with external providers, including immigration attorneys, vendors, and service providers.
  • Strong attention to detail, as small omissions can create legal and compliance risks.
  • Resilience and adaptability to respond to changing regulations, delays, and crisis situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to explain complex immigration, legal, or relocation information clearly.
  • Ability to work in an international team across different cultural, linguistic, or geographical backgrounds.
