Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding experiences and support new hire integration with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage HRIS and other People systems, including reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy checks.
  • Support compliance efforts, audits, documentation, and updates to the employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration, payroll inputs, and related employee inquiries.
  • Support recruiting operations such as interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
  • Help implement People programs, process improvements, and scalable HR documentation.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on cross-functional People initiatives and employee relations support.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools such as Justworks, Rippling, Workday, or BambooHR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
  • Experience supporting global or distributed teams, with exposure to compliance across multiple jurisdictions, preferred.
  • Interest in People analytics, systems, and process improvement.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
