Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed territory sales targets in Turkey.
  • Identify, target, and win new business with seed companies, breeders, and producers.
  • Champion the AI-powered sorting platforms and explain their technical and commercial value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers in the market.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging AgTech trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting using CRM software such as HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to share customer feedback and support product and service improvements.
  • Represent Seed-X in the territory through client meetings, industry events, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in Turkish is mandatory.
  • Fluent professional English is mandatory.
  • Experience in high-value B2B technical sales is ideally required.
  • Direct sales experience in the vegetable seed industry, crop protection, or AgTech is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data, or other new technologies and the ability to sell technical, data-driven products.
  • Daily use of a major CRM platform such as HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup with a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Turkey for client meetings, industry events, and on-site demonstrations.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
