Description

  • Perform manual and automated testing of iOS, Android, and web applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Kotlin, and Selenide.
  • Analyze logs and identify issues across multiple environments.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers in Agile squads.
  • Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
  • Test applications using real devices, emulators, and device farms.
  • Allocate approximately 70% of testing effort to manual testing and 30% to automation, based on project needs.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing of backend and microservices architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of client-server architecture, REST/SOAP, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL certificates, methods, status codes, headers, JSON/XML, request interception, mocking, and data stubbing.
  • Experience testing asynchronous microservices interactions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience analyzing system logs with Kibana, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar tools.
  • Basic Git skills and understanding of CI/CD processes using GitLab CI or Jenkins.
  • Strong knowledge of test design techniques, test case and checklist creation, and writing high-quality Jira bug reports.
