Description

  • Interpret style guides, glossaries, calibration feedback, and client corrections to define locale-specific quality expectations.
  • Run alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality reports covering performance, improvement priorities, updates, errors, and arbitration outcomes.
  • Coach reviewers through one-to-one feedback, shadowing sessions, and training based on alignment data.
  • Develop evidence-based style guide proposals from recurring error and justification patterns.
  • Collaborate with the client’s Language Manager on clarifications, escalations, arbitration, and expectation tracking.
  • Own the locale’s review service score, including RQE audits and alignment performance.
  • Maintain a consistent community understanding of quality across UI, marketing, informational, legal, product, and support content.
  • Ensure arbitration records are valid, accurate, and well-supported.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles.
  • Direct experience managing client Language Managers, arbitration or escalation processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Practical expertise with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping.
  • Ability to analyze style guide changes, implicit client expectations, and content-type-specific quality tolerances.
  • Experience facilitating coaching sessions, shadowing, alignment meetings, and monthly quality reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores.
  • Native-level Ukrainian and professional-level English.
  • Experience with major technology localization programs and calibration or alignment tools preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from one of the approved countries; background check required.
