Description

  • Own and exceed an aggressive revenue quota across new and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Manage and respond to multiple client RFPs and service requests each month.
  • Build a strong, predictable pipeline and maintain accurate CRM forecasting and deal tracking.
  • Develop, present, and refine proposals and commercial offers in partnership with legal and leadership.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders to drive account expansion and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support quarterly account growth planning.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to improve sales strategy and positioning.
  • Partner with COO, operations, technical leaders, and project managers on staffing, pricing, delivery, and client expectations.
  • Participate in networking activities such as events, workshops, and conferences to generate pipeline and strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, with software outsourcing or professional services highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of direct consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in high-value B2B sales with consistent revenue target attainment in complex consultative environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders on business and technical initiatives and navigating challenging client situations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, with confidence engaging at C-level.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach and sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, MEDDICC, or TAS.
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions such as GCP, and a strong understanding of AI and data-driven business solutions.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp.
  • Highly autonomous with strong prioritization skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
