Description

  • Drive sales volume and revenue growth for Northstar liquid biopsy products and services within the assigned geography.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand revenue quickly in the territory.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with oncologists and other cancer care stakeholders.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and support ongoing account development.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff through consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, including consistent achievement at or above goal or recognition such as President's Club or Chairman's Club.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics or medical/surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with a strong sense of urgency and focus on closing business.
  • Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.

  • Total compensation range of $244,621 to $314,449 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $170,871 to $186,949 per year, depending on level and experience.
