Description

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions to a defined LATAM territory and overachieve annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts to build sufficient pipeline.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and customer expansion.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data across Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the customer and prospect voice to Sales Engineering/POV, Product, and Marketing teams to influence prioritization.
  • Develop and document customer insights and deal learnings to support broader team learning.
  • Navigate and support internal buying processes across stakeholders and functions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, non-overlay experience selling into enterprise-sized organizations in LATAM (3,000+ employee companies).
  • Experience prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex sales with large organizations.
  • Proven track record of consistent over-quota performance, ideally top 5% of a sales organization.
  • Technically competent and conversant in security, email, cloud, and AI topics.
  • Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel with average deal sizes of $100K+.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience, including building territory with limited resources.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
