Description

  • Own and drive strategic growth initiatives in the U.S. market, with a focus on enterprise accounts and high-impact partnerships.
  • Identify, develop, and close complex enterprise opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with C-level leaders, VPs, and heads of data and engineering.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients exploring or scaling modern data platforms within the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Lead co-selling motions and strategic collaboration with key technology partners.
  • Design and execute account plans to land and expand high-value enterprise clients.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to support deal execution and long-term customer value.
  • Generate and influence pipeline through ecosystem relationships, advisors, and executive networks.
  • Contribute to defining and refining the company’s partner go-to-market motion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for strategic account actions, pipeline status, and partnership opportunities.
  • Represent market feedback internally to help shape positioning, offerings, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Alliance Management, or Strategic Growth roles.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in a similar quota-carrying B2B tech role.
  • Strong background selling or partnering within the modern data ecosystem, such as Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers in both technical and business roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, long-term growth mindset.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, including Data, Engineering, and ML.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
