Description

  • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through deployment, training, and transition to support.
  • Serve as the primary owner of project delivery, accountable for timelines, scope, risks, and customer experience.
  • Lead customer stakeholders through structured project planning, including scope, milestones, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking mechanisms, and status reporting to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and changes to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Facilitate recurring customer meetings such as kickoffs, weekly status calls, and executive updates.
  • Establish and enforce project governance, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate hardware and software setup, configuration, logistics, and field execution across customers and internal teams.
  • Deliver or coordinate customer training and change-management activities to support adoption and self-sufficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Support, Engineering, Product, and Installation teams to resolve blockers and improve implementation processes.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or enterprise customer-facing roles.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments, with hardware and SaaS experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management discipline across planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to identify risks early and drive structured resolution.
  • Ability to balance consultative guidance with delivery accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
