Description

  • Interpret customer requests and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Document current and future business processes and workflows using swim lane diagrams.
  • Identify customer success criteria and track them within the solution.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Sapio Sciences product portfolio and its configuration.
  • Provide end-user training on customized solutions.
  • Configure workflows and experiments in the Sapio Platform and create wireframe mockups when needed.
  • Document, communicate, and explain technical material clearly in written and verbal form.
  • Perform root cause analysis, uncover business requirements, and facilitate solution delivery.
  • Liaise with the product team to capture new customer-driven feature requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers and review deployments to support successful platform adoption.
  • Work with the US team to establish scalable processes and working methods.
  • Manage BA-related deployment services documentation and assist with sprint testing as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of life sciences experience working within a lab, preferably introducing new IT solutions.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in a life science discipline such as molecular biology or chemistry.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification.
  • Working knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Previous experience with LIMS or ELN software.
  • Experience with SDMS products and their application in a laboratory setting.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and building working relationships at all levels.
  • Experience leading external client workshops and documenting business needs and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interviewing, data analysis, and fact-finding skills.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively from a home office.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM programs.
