Description

  • Partner with Solution Sales Executives to achieve sales goals and support opportunity progression.
  • Drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for the GAM Suite.
  • Demonstrate how the GAM Suite delivers desired outcomes for government customers.
  • Propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales activities.
  • Present solution value to both executive and line-level audiences in virtual, in-person, and field settings.
  • Build customer relationships within target accounts and support account strategies.
  • Collaborate with account teams and cross-functional colleagues to advance technical goals.
  • Translate business objectives and requirements into solution designs.
  • Lead customer evaluations, including POCs and POVs, with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop reusable demos, architectural blueprints, frameworks, and customer success stories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles with direct involvement in discovery, solution design, executive engagement, and demonstrating measurable business value.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Strong experience as a successful Pre-Sales Engineer or in a client-facing Professional Services/Consulting role involving sales scenarios.
  • Experience creating custom POCs and demos.
  • Experience and familiarity with the federal procurement lifecycle and its common pain points.
  • Technical depth to respond orally and in writing to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Management Platforms, Low Code Platforms, or Application Development Platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with production environments such as application servers, web servers, and databases.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%.
