Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee support through the People Team Jira ticketing system.
  • Monitor, triage, categorize, and resolve employee inquiries, escalating issues when needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling sessions, initiating background checks, distributing contracts, and setting up new hire profiles in HR systems.
  • Process offboarding requests and ensure all related documentation is completed and filed accurately.
  • Create and review monthly payroll reports to communicate employee changes across payroll systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems while following privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify recurring employee issues and document solutions to improve knowledge base resources and self-service support.
  • Assess employee-facing processes and help build scalable SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Use AI tools to reduce manual work, automate processes, and analyze data.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to data management.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or Jira; experience with multiple systems is a plus.
  • Ability to build, test, and improve robust operational processes.
  • Ability to use AI tools to augment workflows, automate processes, and analyze data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, global environment.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Workday, Deel, and ADP together across employee lifecycle processes.
