Description

  • Lead People & Culture reporting enablement by increasing adoption and usage of reporting tools and insights across the organization.
  • Support the development of the Insights roadmap with a focus on automation, self-service, and regular communication to the P&C team.
  • Act as a consultant to P&C leaders and business stakeholders by identifying trends and surfacing analytical insights for executive decision-making.
  • Implement a consultative intake framework that ties data requests to business problems or OKRs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts to encourage knowledge sharing and high-quality system standards.
  • Review ServiceNow trends to identify recurring reporting friction and implement self-service solutions such as dashboards and discovery boards.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Expand security roles and build calculated fields when needed to improve report functionality.
  • Develop KPIs for new people initiatives and define success measures and metrics.
  • Bridge Workday and Looker dashboards by collaborating with Corporate Data and FP&A teams.
  • Research and assess new reporting tools and AI opportunities for people analytics.
  • Define and monitor reporting governance best practices, including documentation and audit requirements.
  • Support integration report change requests and new integration builds in collaboration with the Information Systems team.
  • Perform advanced root cause analysis for complex system errors and implement sustainable fixes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Expert-level proficiency with complex calculated fields and advanced, matrix, composite, and nBox reporting.
  • Proven experience building and managing high-stakes reports such as Board decks, ESG reporting, or annual reports.
  • Deep knowledge of custom report configuration and large data set handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify system inefficiencies and implement sustainable fixes based on best practices.
  • Experience working in agile or pod-based environments, ideally serving as a product owner for people data.
  • Experience working within or closely with a People function and understanding HR lifecycles such as recruitment, turnover, compensation, and diversity metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent training and experience (preferred).
  • Background as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst (preferred).
  • Experience with people analytics tools such as Prism, Looker, or Tableau (preferred).
  • Workday Pro Certification in Reporting (preferred).
