Description

  • Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, Azure, and OCI.
  • Architect and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud solutions.
  • Manage cloud resources, including compute, networking, and load balancing components.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud migration plans.
  • Design, deploy, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration platforms.
  • Implement and manage Istio service mesh, including traffic routing, observability, and resilience controls.
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize HAProxy and Nginx for reverse proxy and load balancing use cases.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and configuration management workflows using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Harness, and ArgoCD.
  • Deploy and manage Kafka, ProxySQL, Vault, and cloud networking/security solutions across multi-cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing production workloads across multiple cloud platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform services, including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and IAM.
  • Proficiency with AWS services, including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, and IAM.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, AKS, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Virtual Networks, Azure Functions, and ARM templates.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, including Compute, OKE, Object Storage, and networking.
  • Expert-level Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm knowledge, including managed Kubernetes services such as GKE, EKS, and AKS.
  • Deep expertise in Istio, including traffic management, security features, observability, multi-cluster deployments, and Envoy-based service mesh patterns.
  • Advanced experience with HAProxy, Nginx, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Harness, ArgoCD, Apache Kafka, ProxySQL, Prometheus, Grafana, and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPCs, subnets, routing, VPN, and load balancing.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, with basic Go experience preferred.
  • Relevant cloud and technology certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with other service mesh solutions such as Linkerd or Consul Connect is a plus.
  • Experience with infrastructure testing frameworks such as Terratest or Kitchen-Terraform is a plus.
