Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver highly available cloud and platform solutions for internal and external projects.
  • Provide recommendations and subject matter expertise on cloud and platform provisioning within the organization.
  • Participate in cloud and infrastructure deployments and delivery by supporting infrastructure-related components.
  • Develop, maintain, and support infrastructure code for multiple solutions, including client- or partner-facing implementations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, implementation plans, forms, and root cause analyses.
  • Participate in sprint, project, and department planning for technology implementations and transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to tooling assessments, proof of concepts, and technology roadmaps aligned with industry best practices.
  • Leverage cloud and platform technologies to improve operations, maintenance, and security across the organization.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide application and infrastructure support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology, DevOps, infrastructure maintenance, system administration, cloud development, platform engineering, and/or automation development.
  • 3+ years supporting and developing templates and code for Kubernetes services, including Helm, Kustomize, and Kubernetes manifest files.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure, troubleshooting support escalations, and ensuring key KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple cloud services with hands-on experience building critical infrastructure from scratch.
  • Proven experience building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting Kubernetes and serverless infrastructure.
  • Ability to build new clusters and experience migrating applications.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages including PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Proven experience translating architecture and technical requirements into new cloud infrastructure.
  • Intermediate cloud certifications required, including associate-level certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Kubernetes-related certifications such as CKA, CKD, or CKS preferred.
  • Broad experience with infrastructure technologies including security, networking, databases, data streaming, deployment automation, monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with and support clients.
  • Experience maintaining documentation including procedures, build books, and technical standards.
