Description

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to design and deliver high-impact features.
  • Architect and build scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Write clean, maintainable, documented, reliable, and testable code.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs with robust error handling and graceful degradation.
  • Improve system performance and developer experience through automation and refactoring.
  • Diagnose complex issues across the stack and identify technical improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions while promoting engineering best practices.
  • Document technical decisions, systems, and processes for long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in backend development.
  • Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot and modern backend architecture.
  • Experience designing, building, and scaling web services, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency with relational databases and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and AWS is relevant to the technology environment.
  • Frontend exposure to AngularJS or React is preferred.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
