Description

  • Develop and ship production backend services and R&D systems.
  • Build and improve systems that ingest, process, and reason over structured and unstructured data.
  • Contribute to data and machine learning pipelines involving documents, third-party sources, and model outputs.
  • Own features end to end, from design and implementation through testing and operation.
  • Collaborate with full-stack, backend, ML, and platform engineers on scalable production systems.
  • Help shape how systems are designed, built, tested, and operated.
  • Solve challenging technical problems and deliver measurable product impact.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 year of professional experience building and shipping production software.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one programming language, including Python.
  • Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in AI, data, and real-world machine learning applications.
  • Ability to take ownership and work effectively amid ambiguity.
  • Comfort moving quickly, learning rapidly, and maintaining high standards.
  • Interest in coding and solving non-trivial technical problems.
  • Appreciation for direct feedback, transparency, and merit-based performance.
