Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing in an Account Executive role.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through outreach, follow-up, and consultative demos.
  • Lead renewal and expansion efforts while managing client relationships in an Account Manager role.
  • Conduct Quarterly Reviews and partner with Customer Success to support adoption and value realization.
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization for customers in a Customer Success Manager role.
  • Interpret engagement data and use insights to guide customer communication strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk across customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Client Success, Product, and Leadership to deliver outcomes.
  • Build trust with higher education decision-makers and serve as a strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of SaaS sales or higher education technology experience for Account Executive candidates.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota for Account Executive candidates.
  • Proven success carrying a renewal and/or expansion quota in a B2B SaaS environment for Account Manager candidates.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong analytical and project management skills for Customer Success Manager candidates.
  • Experience in higher education or SaaS is a plus for Customer Success Manager candidates.
  • Experience working on a college or university campus in areas such as admissions, advising, enrollment management, student affairs, or alumni relations is valued.
  • Consultative selling and communication skills across revenue roles.
  • CRM experience is valuable across roles, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a high-growth SaaS environment, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Passion for higher education and helping institutions serve students, families, and alumni better.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work for all positions.
  • OTE of $160,000 for Account Executive roles ($80,000 base / $80,000 variable).
  • OTE of $150,000 for Account Manager roles ($80,000 base / $70,000 variable).
  • OTE of $75,000 for Customer Success Manager roles ($65,000 base / $10,000 variable).
