Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Plan, organize, and manage data analysis projects with minimal supervision while balancing competing priorities.
  • Turn ambiguous business objectives into clear analytical frameworks, dashboards, and tools.
  • Gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and convert them into scalable technical deliverables.
  • Build tools that help GTM teams use data to improve decision-making and productivity.
  • Create reporting frameworks for senior leadership to track and understand business performance.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to provide insights into sales organization performance.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Review, update, and audit sales-facing dashboards that track pipeline, productivity, attainment, and other key metrics.
  • Work with the centralized data architecture team to build schemas for measuring critical sales metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a quantitative role.
  • SQL experience.
  • Dashboarding experience in Tableau or equivalent dashboard tools.
  • Experience in Sigma and CRM Analytics is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience working with large datasets to analyze issues and quantify impact.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards is preferred.
