Description

  • Partner with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategy with business priorities.
  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters, supporting their development, consistency, and performance.
  • Refine and optimize recruiting systems, workflows, and operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate across the business to anticipate hiring needs, identify obstacles, and maintain alignment on priorities.
  • Use data, analytics, and forecasting to inform hiring strategy, manage risk, and provide executive updates.
  • Implement innovative recruiting tools, workflows, and AI-enabled approaches to improve sourcing, pipelining, and engagement.
  • Build scalable, durable, and adaptable recruiting strategies that support MongoDB’s growth and organizational change.
  • Maintain accurate data integrity and provide concise hiring recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • 4+ years of people management experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent at scale is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align recruiting strategy with business goals.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate hiring progress, risks, and recommendations clearly.
  • Proven success building scalable processes that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • High fluency in analytics, forecasting, and data interpretation for hiring decisions.
  • Experience working with international teams and across diverse hiring markets.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change.
  • Hands-on builder mentality for architecting and optimizing recruiting systems and workflows.

  • Base salary range of $92,000 to $182,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
