Description

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting team.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable hiring plans for GTM and engineering growth.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting performance, including req prioritization, funnel health, and time-to-fill.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role scope, align on hiring criteria, and run effective interview processes.
  • Coach stakeholders toward timely hiring decisions and a consistently high talent bar.
  • Identify process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Use compensation and market insights to inform hiring strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for international contractors in LATAM and the Philippines.
  • Champion a strong candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting for key roles with rigorous and expedited vetting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a SaaS environment.
  • 2-3 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Experience recruiting for GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, as well as technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of key GTM performance metrics, including revenue per head.
  • High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse.
  • Experience using compensation benchmarking tools and market data tools such as UKG and Salary.com.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate vision, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to adapt and stay resilient in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams in the K-12 education technology sector.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required as part of the pre-employment process.
