Description

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the talent acquisition team to meet and exceed hiring goals.
  • Deliver a thoughtful, seamless, white-glove experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Own recruitment reporting and analytics, including weekly and monthly KPI, pipeline health, and productivity reports.
  • Build and maintain scalable hiring processes that improve efficiency and support time-to-fill goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and advise on talent decisions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and high-priority roles, including support during peak hiring periods.
  • Champion employer branding and initiatives that improve the candidate experience.
  • Lead negotiation strategies and support closing top talent.
  • Evaluate and improve the recruiting tech stack and sourcing methods.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and techniques to keep the company competitive.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-paced tech or consumer goods environments.
  • Experience as a people manager with the ability to coach and mentor teams in remote or hybrid settings.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with empathy, integrity, and excellent communication.
  • Ability to understand business priorities quickly and develop creative hiring solutions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights that drive action and meaningful change.
  • Strong strategic influence and experience advising senior leadership on complex talent decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and build scalable hiring workflows.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex offers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Lattice, and Google Suite is preferred.
