Description

  • Maintain and grow Managed Medicaid channel relationships with health plans, AAA, CBO, PACE, and state case management agencies.
  • Present Mom’s Meals products and services to managed care organizations and clinical/care management audiences.
  • Manage qualified Tier account engagements and build efficient weekly sales routes for meetings, drop-ins, and educational opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, in-service presentations, and conferences for target audiences.
  • Drive sales forecasts, growth goals, and key initiatives across the assigned territory.
  • Track weekly sales activity, document leads and follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Travel regionally and nationally as needed to represent the company at conferences and sales routes.
  • Align regularly with Internal Client Support Managers on account management metrics and CRM expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience in managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospital, or medical equipment.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare benefit programs.
  • Experience consulting and presenting to care providers for high-risk member populations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar sales tools.
  • Strong background in Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care organizations.
  • Clinical credentialing in Social Work, Nursing, or Nutrition, with the ability to explain the value of medical nutrition in reducing healthcare costs.
  • Familiarity and contacts within the regional market and experience working in Medicaid service provision.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time, including day and overnight trips, with flexibility for virtual meetings.
  • Licensed social worker or nursing case manager experience is strongly preferred.
  • Non-credentialed candidates with consultative networking and upselling experience related to SDOH benefits will be considered.
  • Familiarity with the Health-Related Social Needs 1115 program is preferred.

  • Salary range of $78,836 to $95,000.
