Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary face of Modern Health for key customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including benefit managers, HR executives, consultants, and senior leaders.
  • Partner with clients to define and execute custom program strategies that fit their broader benefits offerings.
  • Lead regular global account meetings and support QBRs/ABRs and related reporting requests.
  • Act as the local contact for solution updates, escalations, urgent issues, and implementation support.
  • Drive client engagement, retention, renewals, and product expansion through strategic account management.
  • Use data and tools such as Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to assess client health, identify risks, and recommend actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, Clinical Care, and Global Client Managers to support adoption and client success.
  • Deliver Benefit Overview sessions and help clients understand available training topics.
  • Represent the Client Management function in sales initiatives and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech; experience in employer benefits and healthcare is a strong plus.
  • Experience strategically and autonomously managing a book of business with 30+ customers across segments.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Track record of driving retention, adoption, renewals, expansion, and large deal growth.
  • Experience developing and implementing account strategies to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data and tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker.
  • Experience leading high-visibility client presentations and meetings such as QBRs/ABRs.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with strong urgency, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: ability to understand diverse cultural nuances and work effectively with global clients.
