Description

  • Develop and strengthen relationships across top-tier MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to drive ARR/MRR growth.
  • Build and execute joint business plans aligned with Keeper’s go-to-market strategy, including KPIs, SMART goals, and growth targets.
  • Identify and close opportunities through upsells, renewals, and new service adoption across Keeper’s platform offerings.
  • Lead joint business reviews with strategic partners to assess performance, analyze market trends, and define growth initiatives.
  • Ensure partner sales and technical teams are trained, certified, and ready to go to market using Keeper’s enablement resources.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales engineering, customer success, and executive teams to support partner objectives and customer outcomes.
  • Coach the ISR 1 on consultative selling, pipeline management, and strategic account execution.
  • Forecast pipeline activity and revenue performance and provide strategic insights to MSP leadership.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast records in Salesforce and related reporting tools.
  • Travel to customer meetings as needed, including local, national, and international travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or Channel/MSP sales with proven quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/Telco ecosystem and partner-driven business models.
  • Experience developing and executing joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, enablement, and technical teams.
  • Experience with a CRM tool; Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for mentorship and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
