Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a Tier 1/Tier 2 mid-market customer portfolio.
  • Identify and close incremental expansion opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Conduct virtual enablement sessions, product activation meetings, and business reviews to drive customer value.
  • Own customer situations from issue identification through resolution with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain account plans for the top 20% of the book of business.
  • Analyze account usage to uncover product activation and adoption opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain pipeline coverage through inbound leads and targeted account planning.
  • Schedule and complete customer meetings and account touches at the expected pace.
  • Partner with internal teams across customer success, support, marketing, legal, and product.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in product-led growth environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting monthly or quarterly revenue targets.
  • Experience building a 3x pipeline through inbound leads and targeted account planning.
  • Comfort identifying additional use cases and expansion opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customer success, support, marketing, legal, and product teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
  • Strong product aptitude and interest in exploring product capabilities to drive adoption.
  • Ability to thrive in high ambiguity and change.
  • Curiosity about sales technology, customer business models, and industry trends.
  • Experience meeting OTE / revenue expectations in a sales role is preferred.

  • $200,000 to $210,000 USD annual pay range, inclusive of base salary and bonus/OTE.
  • Equity may be included.
