Description

  • Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR operations inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, terminations, and employee documentation.
  • Process HR operational requests and transactions accurately and in alignment with established service expectations.
  • Partner with Payroll, IT, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality.
  • Review workflows, transaction patterns, and employee questions to identify recurring issues, content gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve job aids, process documentation, and knowledge content to support employee and manager self-service.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of Harper, Model N’s HR AI and knowledge platform.
  • Support recurring HR programs, compliance activities, training-related work, audits, and operational reporting.
  • Coordinate U.S. onboarding, including system setup, I-9 completion, and onboarding documentation, and support immigration tracking and coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, HR shared services, or HR systems support.
  • Strong experience supporting employee lifecycle transactions and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including transaction support, business process execution, and data auditing.
  • Experience supporting HR operational requests and employee questions with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Experience supporting HR compliance activities, audits, and operational reporting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and an employee-centered approach to support.
  • Experience with U.S. onboarding and employment eligibility verification requirements, including I-9.
  • Experience coordinating immigration processes and working with immigration counsel, preferred.
  • Experience with HR service delivery or ticketing platforms such as Jira, preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR knowledge management platforms, AI-enabled service delivery tools, or employee self-service technologies, preferred.
