Description

  • Build and run a structured onboarding program that ramps new Account Executives quickly.
  • Define onboarding curriculum, pacing, weekly expectations, and success milestones.
  • Create onboarding materials such as documentation, call libraries, exercises, quizzes, and role-play activities.
  • Run day-to-day onboarding through 1:1s, call reviews, shadowing, role-playing, and feedback loops.
  • Define and track what success looks like for new Account Executives on a week-by-week basis.
  • Monitor call quality, CRM hygiene, and growth habits to assess onboarding progress.
  • Own the sales enablement knowledge base, including playbooks, objection handling, best practices, explainers, and battle cards.
  • Keep internal sales resources accurate and up to date as processes and experiments change.
  • Ensure AI tools use the latest approved sales content and resources.
  • Drive adoption of onboarding and enablement resources across the sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience building and leading a sales onboarding and/or enablement program from the ground up.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with consultative sales.
  • Strong writing ability and the capacity to turn complex information into clear, usable content.
  • Ability to coach others and give direct, constructive feedback.
  • Self-sufficient work style with the ability to solve problems, make decisions, ship work, measure results, and iterate without close management.
  • Strong research and execution skills for identifying problems and implementing solutions.
  • Experience in a sales organization that has gone through rapid growth is a plus.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an inbound-driven, customer-first sales environment is a plus.
  • Interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy is a plus.
