Description

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and recommend solutions aligned with each client’s goals.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activity details, and pipeline data in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams on lead generation and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Deliver strong customer service throughout the sales process to support trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience supporting U.S.-based clients in the BPO, outsourcing, virtual staffing, or remote services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and accountable with a strong commitment to client experience.
  • Willingness to work U.S. business hours or shifting schedules to support international clients.
  • Ability to meet remote work requirements, including a dedicated home office, reliable high-speed internet, and compliant equipment.
