Description

  • Administer and configure the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms.
  • Manage user access, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and security hierarchy.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning Record Pages to support business processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow, assignment rules, and validation rules.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and tools such as Jira, Mautic, and Google Workspace.
  • Train, support, and onboard users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality.
  • Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key sales and support KPIs.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with process automation, data modeling, and security model configuration.
  • Experience managing roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Understanding of data migration, import/export, and data quality maintenance.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs, including Jira integration.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder support.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
