Description

  • Drive partner and client engagement, adoption, and value realization for Mineral.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison for partners and clients, including proactive outreach.
  • Consult with partners and clients to define goals, resources, timelines, and expectations.
  • Advise partners and clients on new products and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to support renewals and expansions.
  • Help develop and deliver training, webinars, enablement videos, coaching, and targeted training programs.
  • Work with Account Managers on go-to-market strategies to increase service and product adoption.
  • Use Salesforce, Gainsight, Mineral, and other internal tools to route information to the right teams and workspaces.
  • Provide monthly updates on goals, adoption, value, retention, and goal attainment.
  • Attend industry events and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or another partner-facing role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client success, business development, management consulting, or another client-facing role with retention and engagement responsibilities (preferred).
  • Prior channel or account management experience is desirable.
  • Strong customer service, presentation, and customer management skills.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to create clear business processes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to manage issues and projects to completion.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and strategically grow partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success building strong relationships and creating win-win partnerships.
  • Effective communication, persuasion, and public speaking skills for small and large audiences, virtually and in person.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and online meeting tools such as WebEx, GoToMeeting, and Zoom.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Gainsight.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must reside in Mexico to be considered for the role.
