Description

  • Develop, execute, and maintain strategic account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews based on market data and research.
  • Drive business value and return on investment for enterprise customers through adoption and use-case expansion.
  • Forecast renewals, identify risk, and help maintain strong customer renewal and growth rates in partnership with the Account Executive team.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to monitor product performance and gather customer feedback.
  • Communicate and manage customer risk, proactively resolve issues, and minimize churn.
  • Partner with global enterprise customers to align 6sense with their business goals and daily workflows.
  • Become an expert on the 6sense predictive engine, including implementation and use-case alignment to business objectives.
  • Partner with technical CSMs and Program Managers on customer onboarding, product rollout, and training.
  • Advocate internally for customer product feature priorities and align with the product team on roadmaps.
  • Travel domestically up to 30% to customer sites for meetings or events as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Global Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Consultant, or in a related occupation.
  • Experience developing strategies for assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.
  • Experience in high-touch Strategic or Enterprise Customer Success.
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing success programs as a key advisor to global and regional customer organizations.
  • Experience advising CxOs on adoption of SaaS platforms to improve ROI.
  • Experience working closely with B2B demand generation, marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics teams.
  • Experience negotiating renewals and identifying and driving upsell opportunities.
  • Experience leading projects from conception to closure and influencing internal resources to get things done.
  • Experience with marketing technology stacks, including marketing automation, digital marketing technologies, data providers, and B2B digital media.
