Description

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for approximately 40 customers and own their ongoing success.
  • Develop tailored success plans that drive product adoption and help customers reach their goals.
  • Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products that can increase customer revenue.
  • Proactively review customer performance, resolve open issues, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams to support customer outcomes.
  • Set priorities and create plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide a mix of strategic guidance and tactical support to customers.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users across phone, video, and email.
  • Contribute product feedback and suggestions for improvements to enhance customer engagement.
  • Help build a collaborative, inclusive team environment and apply AI to improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success experience with a track record of managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience explaining how to achieve business goals using software to end users.
  • Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy.
  • Comfortable discussing account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and quickly changing environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI in work or personal projects and willingness to learn and use AI tools responsibly.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $72,000 to $108,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for an annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.
