Description

  • Hire, coach, and lead a team of sales leaders and sellers across AMER.
  • Own sales performance across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.
  • Help define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Build scalable, repeatable programs that generate qualified pipeline using product signals, customer insights, and AI-driven prospecting.
  • Expand revenue within the installed base by identifying new use cases, teams, and lines of business.
  • Drive trial adoption, activation, and expansion to support enterprise-wide standardization.
  • Engage directly in strategic deals and guide complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Partner with Marketing to create and execute campaigns tied to customer workflows, use cases, and industry needs.
  • Improve discovery to better understand customer workflows and identify opportunities for Miro to drive speed, alignment, and outcomes.
  • Embed AI into prospecting, account prioritization, deal execution, and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong operational rigor through accurate CRM data, pipeline insights, and forecasting.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience building and scaling high-performing sales leadership teams in high-growth environments.
  • 15+ years of overall sales experience, including individual contributor and leadership roles, within a high-growth Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to define and execute go-to-market strategy across segments.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles across multiple personas and functions.
  • Strong experience with prospecting strategy, territory planning, and team-based selling motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve sales productivity, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools and workflows into prospecting, research, personalization, and deal strategy.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can shift sales from activity-driven to signal-driven and system-enabled.
  • Comfort operating as a hands-on leader who works closely with reps and customers.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Curious, feedback-oriented, and growth-minded.
  • Highly results-driven with strong ownership and a focus on pipeline, revenue, and customer impact.
